Mark Dodsworth
Mark Tabbron is internationally recognized for his innovative approach to empowering people through creativity and collaboration. In 1994, he co-founded RedZebra Global, a Social Enterprise with thriving offices in the UK, USA, and South Africa.
In 2016, Mark moved to Spain and took on the role of International Director for Actitud Creativa, leading the global expansion of the Creativity Certification Program. Mark draws on three decades of expert creative facilitation and is a Level 1 Certified Pro.Play®️ Trainer, as well as a Level 1, 2, and 3 Certified Facilitator of the Pro.Play®️ Method. He combines his passion for rhythm, music, and creativity to engage and empower individuals and communities worldwide.
As a seasoned Creative Director, Facilitator, and Master Trainer, Mark has crafted and delivered hundreds of impactful experiences focused on Creative Leadership and Innovation.
Oliver MacDonald
Oliver co-founded RedZebra in 1994 and has helped expand RedZebra’s work to over 2 million people across 6 continents.
Oliver’s creative drive stems from his love. As a talented percussionist, he brings music to the forefront of several RedZebra processes.
With boundless energy and an unyielding commitment to unlocking potential, Oliver has a distinguished reputation for creating a lasting legacy for change.
Known for his ability to engage audiences, Oliver continues to push boundaries for clients around the world.
Gloria Williams
Gloria is the founder and director of RedZebra USA.
An expert in qualitative analysis, Gloria designs and facilitates client meetings, ideations, and ethnographic immersions to help her clients uncover new insights and exceed their learning objectives.
Gloria has also founded her own company, MOLA, in 1997 and serves as a consultant.
Juan Prego
Juan has collaborated with RedZebra since 2013. He is the founder and CEO of Actitud Creativa, a leading creativity training and consulting company in Spain and Latin América. Based in Madrid, Spain Juan is an international speaker and founder of many creativity-related initiatives such as the Creativity Certification Program, The Innovation Day, Ideas World Cup, and Creative-OS.
Author of the books “Think like a Genius”, “Genius-Ready Organizations” and “Teamstorming”, Juan is a sought-after speaker and trainer with expertise in the development of communication skills, leadership, creativity, and innovation. Since 2002, he has trained over 20,000 people all over the world.
Dr Puleng Makloahibe
Alchemist, Educator, Speaker, Panellist and Facilitator
Puleng first experienced RedZebra’s work was as a participant which in turn inspired a lifelong love of creativity, design thinking, and innovation.
Puleng’s colourful approach to her work, project’s and problem-solving taps into her specialities which include Design Thinking, Creativity, Facilitation & Training.
Lee Kitchen
Founding Member- WHYz DUDEz-is a Workshop Leader, Keynote Speaker, inspired Innovation Catalyst, and founder of his firm – Magical Dude… He has 30+ years of driving creativity at Disney, leading on and off property magical experiences.
Lee brings a wealth of experience as a Certified Master Facilitator and long-term innovation agent. During his 32 years at The Walt Disney Company, he helped create some of their most impactful marketing campaigns, memorable guest experiences, and real-time operational efficiency changes. Lee now offers his magic and wisdom in a mix of training, interactive training, facilitated idea sessions, and keynotes around the world.
Along with his 5-Star creative skills, he is Culture-Change Agent, Design Thinking Trainer, Avengers and Stars Wars obsessed fan-boy and a walking pop culture encyclopedia.
Marlies Grindlay
Wayne Childers
Founding Member – WHYz DUDEz. Wayne is the Chief Conversation Officer for Ah Ha!, leading client development and outreach efforts. He is also a Facilitator of Organizational Learning, certified in CPS, an Innovation Catalyst, Researcher, husband to Susannah, father of two awesome daughters, foodie, wicked good cook plus an aspiring wine geek.
Wayne has a BS in Marketing from Florida State University and has over 30 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, and creativity.
Before joining Ah-Ha! in 2001, Wayne spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble where his roles spanned Global Project Design, North American Sales Management, and Innovative New Product Development. Since joining
Ah Ha!, his work has spanned Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Financial Services, and Technology.
Nicola Jackman
Nicola is the Founding Cheerlady of THE UPLIFTMENT PROGRAMME, where her mission is to infuse joy into every corner of society, creating a culture where socio-emotional wellness is a daily practice. With over two decades of experience, she has become a driving force behind a global movement that celebrates creativity, human connection, active citizenship, and kindness. Her expertise in new media and workshop facilitation has helped ignite this movement, making a lasting impact on communities worldwide.
As a Trainer of Facilitators at The UP & Secret Sunrise Global, Nicola empowers individuals to lead with happiness, designing transformative experiences that prioritize mental and emotional well-being. Her work fosters innovative leadership and creative conflict resolution, shaping a positive organizational culture.
In 2023, Nicola became a Level 1 certified Pro.Play facilitator, adding yet another powerful tool to her mission of uplifting lives through creativity and connection.
